To strengthen and further develop our activities in Germany CS Germany GmbH is actively looking for an experienced Bid Manager/Business Developer able to support our fast growing activities. For this key role CS intend to offer very attractive salary and working condition to the right candidate.

Working in relation with CS Germany GmbH teams the ideal candidate will be in charge of developing Space related activities, Managing bid preparation activities, Securing the bid processes from invitation to tender qualification until its closing and identifying new business opportunities in line with CS group space strategic targets

Responsibility:

Under the supervision of CS GmbH CEO the post-holder undertakes the following

  • Define bidding approach and manage bidding team in order to deliver winning proposal.
  • Improve the bidding process following company good practices and guidelines.
  • Develop network with new potential partners.
  • Define Business plans and Strategic actions in collaboration with CS Management.
  • Cross-fertilize sales skills among the teams;
  • Elaborate strategic offerings in close relation with CS technical teams.
  • Deputize CS GmbH CEO in areas related to sales and bids.

Profile:

The ideal candidate shall gather the following skills and experiences:

  • A university degree in engineering, business or related discipline;
  • At least five years’ experience in business development/Sales and or bid management in the Space Industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and pro-actively in a defined frame;
  • Very good negotiation skills;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory German would be considered as an asset.
